At National Safety Gear we value our customers and want to do everything we can to provide
high quality safety gear that works for you. Having an issue with your order? We would like to
hear from you. See below for our Return & Exchange Policy.

  • We have a 30-day cut off for all returns and exchanges.
  • All items returned to us should be new and unwashed.
  • We will only accept returns on blank orders. Please contact us if there is an issue with your custom printing.
  • For orders that are defective or incorrect please contact us for a shipping label at support@nationalsafetygear.com.

All size and/or SKU changes should be returned at your expense.

When completing a return or exchange, please include:

  • The original order number
  • The new size and/or SKU for the exchange
  • A reason for the return

Please print this return form and include it with your return or exchange.   Refunds are processed within two business days upon receipt of product.
